ok objective for this project are -->

1.To prepare and characterize silver-bentonite and surfactant -silver -bentonite

2.To study the effect of chloride ions in the antibacterial activity of modified bentonite.

Ape tu silver bentonite & surfactant silver bentonite?

Mereka adalah sample that i will be use in this project.

ok ape beza silver-bentonite vs surfactant silver bentonite?

Silver-bentonite contain silver as metal ions

whereas

Surfactant silver bentonite which is the sample that have been modified with added surfactant such as CTAB and CPB :)

What method i will been used for chaterization of each sample?

1.XRD (X-Ray Diffraction)

2.FESEM( Field Emission-Scanning Electron Microscopy)

3.EDX (Energy Dispersive X-Ray)

4.FTIR (Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy)

Method to identify the antibacterial activity;

Minimum Inhibition Concentration (MIC)

1.MIC in Distilled Water

2.MIC in 0.1%,1.0%,5.0%,10% saline solution

For MIC method, sy kne bermaen dengan bacteria..

First of all,

aq kne prepare bacteria..

so

aq kne bt streaking plate untk idupkan bacteria :),lps streaking kne biarkan 1 day 

then esok kte tgok result nyer camne :)

ok y bintik2 tu adelah single colony of bacteria :) so kte akan gune kan single colony tu for next procedure :)
